Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing MySteto.com. We value your satisfaction with our products and aim to provide high-quality items and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

General Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
  • Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at info@MySteto.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  • Return Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-Made Items: Any item that has been custom made to your specifications.
  • Engraved Products: Any item that has been engraved or personalized.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Refunds: In any case, from maximal refundable amount will be the price of the product minus $17 or 10%, whichever is higher; in any case shipping costs will not be part of the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@MySteto.com.
