These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the mysteto.com website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and MySteto(I/E 01101133103) (“MySteto”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and MySteto, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Accounts and Membership

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Georgia without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Georgia. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Georgia, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided. An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.

Warranty

The products sold on this website are original and authentic 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscopes. In case of any issues with the device during usage, you are obliged to contact your local 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscopes service provider and resolve the issue through the certified service provider channels and in compliance with 3M™ Littmann® limited warranty. You have to register your product in 3M™ Littmann® systems online to be able to get all the rights you own by purchasing the device.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item. Please contact us at info@MySteto.com before returning any item. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Custom-made and engraved products cannot be returned. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. Refunds are processed after inspection. A refund will be the price of the product minus $17 or 10%, whichever is higher, in any case shipping costs will not be part of the refund. Partial refunds may be issued if items are not in original condition. We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For questions, contact info@MySteto.com.

Shipping

The shipment of the orders is made by third-party companies. Tracking information will be available for you on the order page on the website once the shipment is sent out for dispatch. Shipping times might vary slightly due to various reasons that are generally not under our responsibility. The shipping status after the product is shipped out should be checked via the shipping providers’ relevant channels. We need 2 business days to process your order, and this processing time is not part of the shipping period count. Any additional fees that might be requested from the customer by any authorities shall be paid by the customer, and we are not responsible for these fees.

Payments

All the orders are being charged in USD. In case the costumer chooses the option to view the price in other currency – the price charged in checkout is equivalent in USD, and any additional conversion fees may be applied from the card issuer, according to your personal agreement with them.
